Hey! Welcome to my page..stay for awhile!--My name is Karen Elizabeth Swinson. I was born on June 14th, 1976 in Chicago, Illinois. I grew up in a suburb called Lombard. I do not live out there anymore though. I spent my first year of college at Ohio University. A very nice place that was a little too Midwest for my taste!! After my first year of school I packed up and moved to Washington. I lived and worked in Seattle for a few years before heading back to school. Eventually though I ended up in Ellensburg, Washington at Central Washington University. That is where I am right now...I am a junior and a social services major. I hope to be a full fledged social worker before too long~~What do I like????? Lets start with MUSIC.Some favorites are... *Ani DiFranco*Dar Williams*Indigo Girls*Tori Amos*Abra Moore*Fleetwood Mac*BoDeans*Bare Naked LadiesI could go on----BUT I WON"T!!!What do I love to do???~I love school and must admit to being an uncurable bookworm:) I also love to write...I love to read other people's stuff...so do not be shy about emailing!~I love to swim more than most things and have a feeling I might be a displaced mermaid!!~I am a Christian. I go to a cool fellowship group called SALT Company here at school.~I am really into scenery...and whenever it is possible, I prefer to be a part of it(hiking, camping, driving,etc).
